The Radical Question and a Radical Idea by David Platt

When I first saw this book online I thought it was a complete collection of David Platt’s books Radical and Radical Together, seeing that the top corner of the cover states, “Two Book in One.” Instead this concise book summarizes the key points from the aforementioned books.

Essentially, this book is the Cliff Notes version of Platt’s works. The message is pretty simple: Is Jesus worth your life? And life is a communal act not a personal journey.

It is nothing new, but it is definitely a message we need to hear.

However after reading this book, I wonder why you would ever by Platt’s books, especially since you can read his entire message in less than thirty minutes.
